With around 8 million tonnes of floral waste ending up in the holy river of Ganges every year, Phool, aware of the facts and the research came up the concept of flowercycling. Today, the strong women of Phool collect 8.4 tons of floral waste from temples in Uttar Pradesh, India on a daily basis and repurpose it to handcrafted charcoal-free incense, organic fertilizers and biodegradable organic packing material.
